What Buyer Are You? A, B, or C?

At the Vatandoust Sirrs Team, we want our motivation to match yours. This means if you need to buy a house today, you probably want us to call you every time a new home becomes available. If you aren't in a great hurry to buy, you probably don't want to hear from us so frequently. Whatever your situation, by completing the form below you will help us make sure we match your motivation.

When touring the Vatandoust Sirrs Team's office, it doesn't take long to see how busy we are. For you, the buyer, that's a good sign! You want a Buyer's Agent who is active and knowledgeable of the market. Visiting our office, you probably also noticed our Buyer Activity Boards. These boards have a couple functions. One is to enable us to match available homes with specific buyer needs. The second, and most important, reason is to classify all of our buyers by their motivation. For our team to focus on your real estate needs, we must first determine your motivation or your "readiness" to buy. Since each buyer has varying needs, we categorize our buyers by motivation as below:

“A” Buyer
Our highest priority buyer. These people have to buy a home now. Either they have sold their existing home, their lease has expired, or they've transferred into town. In many cases they could potentially be homeless.

“B” Buyer
Our second highest priority buyer. These are people who are ready to buy, but first they have to sell their current home, fulfil a lease, or obtain pre-approval.

“C” Buyer
Our third highest priority buyer. These people might purchase a home when the right one comes along, and have low motivation to buy right away.

As you can see, if you are a "B" or "C" buyer, it doesn't mean you are any less important to us. Your needs are still paramount. All it means is that your needs aren't as urgent as an "A" Buyer. You could quickly become an "A" buyer and move to top priority! We will always do our best to accommodate you. Should your motivation change at any time, please let us know and we will adjust our motivation to match yours.
